Ordering Returns

Order

Ordering all Möller’s Omega-3 products is easy and quick in our webshop. Each product has an order button to add the product to the shopping cart. Once the cart is complete, click on ‘View Cart’ and follow the steps to place an order. When the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Delivery Time

The delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 – 2 working days. For other countries in Europe, it is up to 5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track Trace code, which you can use to track the order.
Please note that around holidays, a longer delivery time applies.

Attention for shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium! This goes via PostNL. If you are not at home, the package usually goes to the nearest PostNL point. Here, the package is kept for you for a maximum of 7 days. After that, it will be returned, and unfortunately, we will have to charge shipping costs again. Keep an eye on your Track Trace, where you can always find when and where your package will be delivered.

Shipping Costs

For an order of at least €39, shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is free. So you don’t pay any shipping costs! See the table below for shipping costs to other countries in Europe.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package, provided they are unopened. The return costs are at your own expense. The amount you paid will be refunded. If you wish to return your order, please contact us.
