Vitamin A and D in Möller’s Omega-3 benefit the Immune System
Vitamins A and D both contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Moller’s Omega-3 cod liver oil naturally contains both vitamins, alongside omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
Vitamin D and the Immune System
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Your skin produces vitamin D under the influence of sunlight, but during the darker months this production is often insufficient. Many people have lower vitamin D levels than recommended, particularly in autumn and winter.
The Health Council recommends additional vitamin D supplementation for various groups, including young children, pregnant women, and people over 70. One serving of Moller’s Omega-3 (5 ml) contains 10 mcg of vitamin D, which is 200% of the Reference Intake.
Vitamin A and the Immune System
Vitamin A also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. In addition, vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and plays a role in healthy skin.
Cod liver oil is a natural source of vitamin A. Moller’s Omega-3 contains 250 mcg of vitamin A per serving (31% RI), a level that is safe for daily use, including during pregnancy.

Unlike regular fish oil, cod liver oil naturally contains both vitamins because they are present in the liver of cod. In fish oil, vitamins are either absent or have been added during production.
