How do you take Möller’s Omega-3?

Omega-3 fatty acid DHA

Vitamin A
Vitamin A is necessary for the development of vision and for the building of the skin and mucous membranes of the respiratory and gastrointestinal tract of the baby. This vitamin also supports the pregnant woman’s defense against infections. During pregnancy you need 25% more vitamin A than usual. The daily recommended amount of vitamin A is increased from 800 to 1,000 micrograms during pregnancy.

Tips for children
- To prevent cod liver oil stains on clothing, you can give your baby cod liver oil before taking a bath or when changing clothes.
- For young children, the cod liver oil can be mixed in, for example, milk or porridge.
